I can click on it thousand times and nothing is happening. In this situation, you may experience the following issues:

Different operating systems.-> ProblemĪssume that in an Office 365 environment, you try to send or receive files or attachments in Lync through Skype for Business Online (formerly Lync Online). Normal programs, made to run on a PC or Mac won't run on an iPad. Also, you do need to download skype for iPad or through the iTunes store.
